Bursdagskort - Birthdaycard!

I made a card for my niese after a sketch I found over at One Stop Craft Challenge.
It turned out like this:

You should also use something metal-like, and I have embossed the circle with silver - looks kind of white at the picture...

Inside the frame it sayes "gratulerer" which means congratulation.

FUN in the SUN!

Inne hos Scrappekammeret har de en skisse jeg prøvde meg på...Liker så godt dette bildet som jeg tok av mannen min og sønnen vår på en holme/badetur for et par år siden :)
I took this pic a couple of years ago, and I love it!! It's my hubby with our son when we were bathing. Our boy is laughing soo good while my hubby is holding his feet stuck :D


Jeg har brukt et dobbelsidig mønsterark, med badehåndklemønster på ene sida, og temaord sol/bading på andre sida. tenkte det måtte passe bildet bra :)
This patterned paper is like a bathtowel on one side, and all kind of bath-textings on the other.


Jeg kutta arket i 4 kvadrater, og delte så hvert kvadrat diagonalt. Deretter bytta jeg halvdelene.
I cut the paper in 4 squares, and then cut each square diagonally and switched the halves.


Så sydde jeg sammen de "nye" kvadrata...
Then I sewed each square together...

The Pink Elephant; 'Heritage' - my mum 41 years ago!!

... and the title is "Queen", because she really looked like one!!

At least she looked like a beauty-queen, don't you agree?


It's a quite simple layout, but I liked that on this one, because then the pic came out so well.

Love is in the air... :)

It's been two days now since my 12th anniversary, and my hubby is coming home from being offshore tomorrow... So that made me find some pictures we took on our 10th anniversary two years ago when I was with him in his Truck/Trailer...


I've been cutting out the hearts with a scalpell from the wonderful '1 Corinthians 13' patterned paper about LOVE :), used some glitterglue around them and some silver-ribbons + rub-ons with some text and flowers.

I found a real fun sketch over at Sketch Saturday and had to try it when my daughter was going to a triple-girls birthday yesterday! :D The girls all turned 5! I tried to make the cards in the colour I knew they liked :)
